I think so too. Jerry from B and B said it's way expensive to get the image transfer done. But we'll see.

it's got a few copyrighted images in it, so i don't know how they'd be able to sell it on anything.. but it's really cool.

Correct. For limited use, I belive the law is that they can be used for itmes under a ceratin number. We plan on leaving the Blink 182 out as well as one you missed: GUNS image from a video game.

Fair Use meaning that it's not a copyright violation for it to be in this piece of art. I'm not sure, but I'm pretty sure that it falls under that protection. That means that you won't have to take the images out. To be on the safe side, though, you may want to contact the owners of those trademarks and copyrights and submit a copy of the work you intend to duplicate.

i think the game was just called GUN, but anyway, i loved that game until i got stuck.. and i forget what the image looked like now that it's gone.. but either way, i remember i liked the overall product, hopefully it can be used somewhere!
