World War III

Post by Myrddin »

Well, here we go.

We have bombings in Spain, England, the US (planes), and India.

Failed attempts to bomb New York train tunnels, as well as a failed plot to blow up the Canadian parliment and behead the PM.

There is war in Lebanon and Israel, as well as Iraq and Afghanistan.

Iran and N. Korea are on the verge of nuking everyone....

So what do you guys think.... Are we all f**ked?

Amnesty International usually reports that there are around 50 or more places of armed conflict going on around the world at any given time. It's been like that for decades. When the big boys get involved is when the news coverage starts, so WWIII? Probably not.

Yes, but those smaller conflicts don't usually have global implications if they become "out of hand".

If Israel gets pissed off enough, the rest of the middle east will be their parking lot in about 10 days. I'm with Keith though. The Continent of Africa has been more war infested forever than the middle east is right now.

Yea it seems like everyone's talking about WW3 lately. Im not too worried really. I mean, yeah world affairs are defintely dipping down in a dangerous looking spot, i mean the meanest in a while i think.

The way i see it, as much as I hate Bush, I have to agree with the man that the War on Terrorism is going to take a long time. Actually I would go so far as to say that I don't think that terrorism will almost ever be defeated. Even if Islam ends and no one ever follows that faith anymore, there will just be other terrorists out there. Anti-empire, primitivists/luddites, anti-humans. there will always be a call for terrorism.

but i think that eventually terrorists are gonna set off a nuke somewhere. ppl like osama have millions of dollars. they could hire their own researchers to make their own nukes if they had to. thats if they couldnt possibly buy any.

but when they do drop the nukes, the sh*t is gonna hit the fan ppl. nuclear holocaust is only inches away by then. and if the US is targeted, Chicago's gonna get hit if not Fort Wayne as well. See I know Chicago'd get hit bcz its like the 4th biggest US city, right? idk that for a fact, but according to my memory of Independance Day starring Will Smith, I believe it is between 4th and 6th biggest in the US. HAHA!

So anyways when the nukes start falling, you'll se me at Aldi's buying a lifetime supply of Ramen noodles and Im gonna be hiding in an underground bunker too! If I'm up for it I'll ever go to Sav-A-Lot for some of that sweet sweet Bubba Cola!

f**k Israel.

f**k Bush.

f**k the middle east. (disclaimer, these are my opinions and do not reflect those of this local music site)

I don't *think* this will become world war III, but now that I've said that, I've jinxed everyone and it will.

So, hopefully the nukes (if Korea or Iran get involved) will be detected, Russia will fire what they have left (which will undoubtedly still be aimed at us) and it'll be like the opening scene of Terminator 2.

WWIII????

with Iran and Syria being backed by Russia and being armed with nukes,..
it's only a matter of time until,... President, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. Remember him? He is the one who believes Allah has chosen him to fulfill an “end time” Muslim prophecy by starting a world apocalypse in which the long-awaited ‘Mahdi’ (Muslim Messiah) will appear and subject all survivors to Allah.

This might explain why Iran has blatantly defied the world and continued developing nuclear warheads, which are closer to becoming operational than we dare believe.

Second, it explains the reason why the Iranian and Syrian defense ministers signed a mutual defense pact last June 15th.

Third, it gives the reason for Hezbollah launching a war with Israel when they did. It was to divert the G-8 leaders from seriously debating action about the Iranian nuclear threat. And Vladimir Putin played a masterful game of concealing what his forces are doing.

Fourth, it explains why Syria and Iran are unafraid to openly support Hezbollah in their war with Israel and support terrorist who target US troops in Iraq. Russia is in the background guaranteeing their protection.

WWIII???? If the MidEast is destabilized any more than it already is,...
the spill over into the rest of the world = not good!
