interesting to read the comments from others
(cant tell if the comments are from US citizens,
International Citizens or both) that go with each pic.

shows a divisive issue with positive/negative views
from both sides.

On the pic with the kids writing messages on missles,.. yeah that one
bothered me too. Using children (young skulls full of trusting mush)
as pawns in time of war as been done throughout
time. When you hear the news reports about
Lebanese women & children(again) being killed or
wounded by Israelis, you tend to not hear about the fact that
the Hezbollah use them as shields or strap bombs to them
and tell them to kill "the infidels" and they'll go to heaven.
No one should be involving them in this....

Bottom line for me anyway (chime in either way):
I'm tired of the terror war being used as a political football
in Washington. I want the terrorists defeated . But in order
to do that, the US has be together. And we're not -- we're a
divided nation when it comes to the War on Terror.

I've noticed that you seem to have three camps in
the US: The "Blow the Hell Out of Them" camp,
the "It's All America's Fault" camp
and the "I Don't Want to Hear About It" camp.

Sorry,...... OK, OK,... I'm shutting up now.

So what camp are you in?

For me I don't think violence will solve the problem. With every death you take a step away from diplomacy and a step towards all out war. Dropping bombs on the 'infrastructure' bothers me as well because not everyone over there is a terrorist. I would guess a lot of them just want to live their lives without the threat of death from above.

I don't think this is America's fault; but I find it funny if any nation thinks they can step in and solve centuries of religious intolerances.

I guess I'm in the "don't want to hear about it" because it's a muddled mess that started a long time ago; and has been compounded by different intervening nations since.

for the same reasons you state, but I keep finding myself
taking a sneaky peek and worry about the future of their region.

I totally agree, except when there's a need to defend ones self
because negotiations of any type dont work with terrorists whose
stated position is to destroy the State of Israel" at all costs.
re: Gaza Strip & other concessions Israel made recently that
was supposed to appease the Hezbollah & Hamas.

CHICAGO - Special prosecutors investigating allegations that police tortured nearly 150 black suspects in the 1970s and ’80s said Wednesday they found evidence of abuse, but any crimes are now too old to prosecute.
