Remind You

I know it sounds cliché,
but I remember back in the day,
when I used to sleep on your couch
your mom would say, “Don’t be a slouch.”

It seems just like yesterday,
everything will never be ok.
But one day I’ll find you,
I’m sure I won’t need to remind you.

I dream about your grey blue eyes,
and every minute a piece of me dies.
Everything will never be okay.
Not tomorrow, for sure not today.

I thought I seen you on the corner,
but the truth couldn’t be further.
I swear one day I’ll find you,
That’s when I’ll remind you.

I followed you to Tennessee,
Asked around, but you hadn’t been seen.
Sometimes I wonder what I’ll do,
if I never get to feel you.

Everything will never be okay,
the world is dark and gray.
I’ve never felt like this before,
lost in the eyes of the one I adore.

Everytime my heart breaks,

Ando, Ando, Ando! Turn that sh*t into some angry angst ridden killer instinct! You should learn how to sing and I'll put down an acoustic guitar part for you and we can make that the next hit on Majic95.

Only if you'll allow me a little liberty on the lyrics. Sometimes words just don't fit once you put sound and rhythm to it.

So far so good. Generic 4 chord progression mixed in with some of my crazy vocal stylings. I'll teach it to you and we can sing it together!
