Two of the years the Patriots won the superbowl they barely won alot of their games. This can help us in the long run maybe teach us to overcome adversity and not choke in the playoffs.adam atherton wrote:now, if only their D would step up....
i am a huge colts fan, but we DO NOT deserve to be 6-0 this year.
i'd really like to know what dungy said at the half to inspire the boys....

would that be with daunte culpepper or joey harrington at qb? and after seeing nick saban the last few weeks, i believe a nervous breakdown is in his NEAR future. no qb, emotionally troubled coach, and a defnse that looks like an AARP mailing list? odds are better that we'll see saban at the top of a clocktower gunning down floridians then of that dysfunctional group beating my beloved colts.........................unless we're starting our scrubs by then. hell, i'll still take sorgi and the back ups by 10.MrSpall wrote:Congrats Colts fans on your 6-0 start. Hopefully you can start out 15-0, that way on New Year's Eve, when I'm in Indy watching my Dolphins play, we can put an end to your dream of a perfect season.

Sadly, even as a die hard Dolphins fan, I'd probably take Sorgi and your backups too. Give the points. This is the worst Dolphin team I've ever had to witness. At least the Raiders won this weekend, now we might get the number one pick!Plan9FromAuburn wrote:would that be with daunte culpepper or joey harrington at qb? and after seeing nick saban the last few weeks, i believe a nervous breakdown is in his NEAR future. no qb, emotionally troubled coach, and a defnse that looks like an AARP mailing list? odds are better that we'll see saban at the top of a clocktower gunning down floridians then of that dysfunctional group beating my beloved colts.........................unless we're starting our scrubs by then. hell, i'll still take sorgi and the back ups by 10.MrSpall wrote:Congrats Colts fans on your 6-0 start. things might not be all that bad. think of it this way, if the fins get a top 5 pick and ricky "one toke over the line" williams comes back from canada in one piece and leaves his bong behind, you could be in great shape next year. though next year is a long way off, at least you're not a cardinals fan, right?MrSpall wrote:Sadly, even as a die hard Dolphins fan, I'd probably take Sorgi and your backups too. Or a Raiders fan.
Mr. Williams got hurt a few weeks ago in Canada, and quite honestly I'd rather never have him back on my team anyway. I can't get over the crap Ricky pulled in 2004, retiring a week before the season opened. That tanked our season, as we had no one ready to start in his stead. We ended up having to give a draft pick away for Lamar Gordon just to fill the hole Ricky left. I was peeved last year when Saban offered to let him return to the team.
Jesus may forgive Ricky - but I don't think He understood football.
