I was there a couple of times before and after the smoking ban. It was completely empty both times. I visited on a Friday and a Saturday night. Nobody. The smoking ban caused them to go out of business my ass.

Yes it is the same group. They've done freezes all over the world. They did one at Grand Central Station in NY. Check out the Food Court Musical on their site. Pretty funny.
