The CAR show, that is. Our Boy Scout troop will be selling hand-rolled Tamales at the Columbia City JA Hot Rod Cruise-in this Saturday the 4th -10 til gone. $5 gets you 2 tamales + black beans & rice. At the end, we will sell frozen tamales by the bag: $20/dozen.

If you insist on there being music, I might pick up my mando and play you some Gipsy Kings!

Yeah, fundraiser. . . plus they will be served HOT with a side of dirty rice and your choice of sauces. The local Mexican restaurant serves these nasty-arse ones that aren't even wrapped for $6/pair. Authentic frozen tamales are expensive, and these are cooked for you!

Downtown Columbia City - they block off three streets around the Courthouse square + Van Buren to Line st. Follow your nose to the smell of cumin, paprika, and corn masa being steamed.
