I want to be Vice President of the United States of America, because apparently I can then do whatever I want.

But I don't wanna grow up, I'm a Toys 'R Us kid. There's a million toys at Toys 'R Us that I can play with. From bikes to trains to video games its the biggest toy store there is. I don't wanna grow up, cause if I did, I couldn't be a Toys 'R Us kid.

In all seriousness, didn't he claim that Congress asking for transcripts and records from his Enron meetings (I know it's a million transgressions ago, but try to remember) was overstepping their bounds by interfering with private meetings in the executive branch? Now he's claiming he's not part of the executive branch? Perhaps he should review his Constitution.
