Obviously fake...if you look close you will see he is using a bass and has it PLUGGED IN...also he is using his HANDS...fake I tell you...

Must have had some classical training. Maybe on cello. I thought it was very intimidating... I MEAN GOOD!

Yeah, it's readily evident that he'd played orchestral instruments prior to picking up the electric ones. You can see it in his hands and the way he approached the picking/strumming. His fingering, hand positions, and movements were indicative of classical training.
