Their triangle player ruins that band

Forget what I said about the importance of the drummer. I now know the formula for the perfect band:
Okay band + Awesome triangle player = Musical nirvana.
As long as the triangle player shows up, the rest of the players can stay away from practice. I saw an awesome prog group of Juliard trained musicians the other day. Intricate runs, weird time sigs, and searing solos; but something wasn't sitting right.
Yep, it was the triangle player. He had his thumb on the corner of the instrument , and he was only striking TWO of the three sides of the triangle. I heckled them mercilessly, until they finally said 'Okay wise guy, let's see you do better!'
The rest of the night rocked, all thanks to me. . .
