Meat Puppets return?

Post by Massage...Bored »

Meat Puppets are getting back together but with Primus' Tim Alexander on the skins. Their original drummer declined the invitation.

No Herb? :( Putting the Primus and Meat Puppets together is diluting a good thing...kind of like those series that run too long on television and lose their storyline. But maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised. :)

If there's an Arab American family being rounded up without benefit of an attorney or due process, that threatens my civil liberties."

stephen malkmus says that a meat puppets reunion would make for a "slow century."

I say that for my amusement and my amusement only.

I'm confused, the Meat Puppets are using Tim "Herb" Alexander and not their original drummer.

Primus is putting out a new disc sometime in the next 6 months featuring all the original members, Claypool, Herb, and Ler.

Unless your "No Herb?" was wrongly punctuated. Should it have read, "No Herb!"?

Yay! No, I'd be happier if Herb was in the band! I'm not sure if I'll like the final product with the band hodge podge though.
