Help?

Ok, we got a new demo CD we'd like to pass around. It's a live recording, and it sounds spectacular. Only problem I've got is that the whole thing is one track on the CD. There's about 12 songs, but it got recorded as a single 45 minute track. Does anyone know how I can break this up?

There are software programs I've used to transfer
to that once you've done this it can be broken down
into whatever you like.

"Vegas", "Cakewalk", several others out there...
