Anthony (aka Garr) had a show at Legends on Saturday and two woman came in and lit up. The owner of the bar went over to them quickly and made them put the cigarettes out. The bar had a BIG no smoking sign right on the door too!

Saturday's show at the Rail turned into a huge Block Party outside. Party ended abruptly at 1am due to cops saying no smoking on the sidewalk.

I am sure they will ban outdoor smoking soon too. New Haven is looking like the place to go.

I'd be willing to wager that it wont be long that the entire state will likely adopt this.
Ohio's already passed this and is in place.
It's already happening in many other communties throughout Indiana already.

I'm really surprised that you can smoke at the festivals. Crawford must have forgot to put that part in the bill....

Give it time....there will be an amendment to close that "loophole".

I'm guessing we'll have a 48 hour waiting period for cigarettes next.
