Zephaniah has some new tunes up on the myspace:

I'd like some feedback on Under the Wake, too, but not until we get some new recordings.

Idea.

On these reviews, you should have a link to the bands myspace page or some other site with an accessible recording. Then have people review a specific song, all the songs, whatever. Then people could get better, more specific input on their music, rather than "you guys kicked ass last night," and what not.

Plus, it may slightly benefit the local music scene because people could listen to bands they haven't heard yet to find out if they like them or not. They wouldn't have to get their lazy asses off the couch and go to the bar to find out if the band is worth getting their lazy asses off the couch for. If they already know that your band is good and that they will enjoy the show, then they might be more inclined to get their lazy asses off the couch.

Phrase of the day: "Get your lazy ass off the couch."

Actually, you can go ahead and start one for Under the Wake if you want. That would be super-rad.

Or better yet, bands should get their lazy asses off their couches and start uploading or linking more of their songs directly to FWM.com's very own Music Online so people don't have to traipse all over the interweb-o-tron to find each performer's Myspace site. :D

Nah, just lazy. Plus, believe it or not, I actually do think it's a good idea to have a lot of Fort Wayne music centralized in one area for someone (especially not from the area) to come listen to and find out who they enjoy and who they wanna support. :)

Btw, when are we going to see some NoRA tracks or maybe some Triophonic uploaded here? Are you still playing with Lalo?

I didn't even know that was on here. Is that a new feature or am I just blind?

They put it in a couple of weeks ago. It was talked about a lot down in the Website Feedback forum, but not so much in the General Music Chat or Local Band Chat.

Perhaps one of the Admins should post a sticky bulletin in those forums?
