I'm still keen to jam too. I mean, even though there are some minor hangups when it comes to the creative process and songwriting, the stuff you come up with is amazing. You need to let go of the perfectionism from time to time and just go with the flow. I mean, if you don't like a part, lay down something simple until you can rework it. Songwriting is a long and arduous process, and your creative abilities lend well to writing great stuff.

If we can manage to nail Roger down to some regular times. . .maybe it will work. I'm still thinking about that beginning of a song we worked on three weeks ago. It was awesome. . .if only we could have gotten past the verse and into a suitable chorus part.

;)

right on brian and garr thanks for the compliments. i know that im bad about not being happy unless things are what i want to hear....i wanna change that. either change it or get better at writing music and hearing the parts that dont exist yet. anyways yea let me know i mean im down for whatever i just want something consistent that i can work on

we all have hangups like that. i can't tell you how many songs i have scrapped because they just didn't hit.

sometimes, for the sake of working out a good idea, you settle for something less while you are thinking of something better.

i often rewrite my lyrics 5 or more times before getting what i want.

i'll be in touch soon. i've got some things to work out, then we'll see what we can arrange.
