Hey folks,

I'm Steve Deskins from Columbia City. I'm a guitarist, age 27, with 19 years of experience. I'l lookin to meet some musicians to form a recording project, then do a few gigs once in a while. Haven't really played in a band in nearly 4 years, and i'm sick of programming drum tracks!!! Would be nice to get a little social interaction with humans again and make some cool music.

I grew up on megadeth and pantera and i play it well, but really haven't had the desire to listen to the heaver stuff lately. I'm more into tantric, counting crows, sevendust, stone sour, fuel, some tool....guess i'm just more into melody now. I'd like to combine aggressive sounding drums with sweet acoustic parts and semi-heavy electric guitar parts. I dunno, it'd give me a stiffy anyway.

I'd like to rehearse out here in my studio, about 30 minutes from fort wayne near Columbia City. I can record 16 tracks at a time (6 piece drum kit with single kick max) You can check my gear out at www.scribblestrip.net Just think it would be cool to record a few songs at the end of each practice and actually have a record of the progress that we make, and have something cool to listen to during the week.
