I have been trying to go to sleep now for almost two hours and I lie awake unable. I have acted in poor taste and handled what I viewed as a bad situation in an even worse manner.
Jeff, AJ, and Kevin, not that it probably matters to you guys, but this is my formal and public apology.
Good luck with the new band. Sorry I'm too messed up to be a part of it.
