Action Jaxson looking for dedicated bass player!!

HI this is HDM from Action Jaxson ....We just fired our previous bass player due to creative control conflicts of interest. (It was his way or the highway so we gave him the highway) If you haven't already heard of us, we are a Soul-funk band and we play all original music. We have 100% creative control and freedom of musical expression. The songs we have now are solid and whatever you can bring to the table will be welcomed with open ears. If you can possibly reply ASAP, we have 2 shows this week: Friday @ Legends and Saturday @ Doc's in Muncie, IN. If you are interested, you will get equal cuts of pay. Mike our guitar player has been playing for 15 years and he plays styles varying from funk, jazz, soul, reggae, blues. Our singer Matt Clibon is a solid frontman who has sang with Surface, and is currently with Second Sun. I have been playing drums for 30 years. My styles include fusion, jazz, prog-rock, funk, soul, rudimentary playing, and blues. So as you can see, this project is serious and has potential for musical expression that has NO LIMITATIONS! 3 months ago I would have jumped all over this!!! I'm too busy with life for two bands and North River Agents is my band now. Wish I could do two, because this sounds killer.

Hey, if you have chord charts, and your stuff isn't too crazy/difficult I could probably fill in for you Friday night if you haven't found anyone yet. I really have my hands full right now with 1 full time band and 3 part time projects. Otherwise-like Bassjones said-it sounds like fun! Send me a p.m. if there is anything I can do to help. Between Hutnick and I, maybe we could fill the gaps for you while you find somebody as a permanent replacement. I'm out of town all this weekend though.
