What image is he trying to portray? He is an NFL SuperBowl MVP....he is suposed to be a greedy ass that won't look out for the team...he needs to be asking for MORE MONEY...not trying to find a solution for money usage with the team...

Of course he gets all his money...but he isn't asking for more and he is helping the team with a financial solution..most NFL players would demand more money and say screw the cap...:)

He's not the only one. Brady's getting about $2 Mill a year below market value, because he signed a long-term deal with the Pats rather than pursuing the free agent market and raking in big bucks. And Fleek that was true at the time... It's no longer true, and Dan Marino can go back to being the "Greatest QB to never win the Super Bowl." No one else comes close now.
