Dan Patrick leaving ESPN...

I've become less and less a fan of DP over the past year or so but it's going to suck to see him go. Especially since I listen to ESPN Radio most of the time at work. I'm afraid to see who they replace him with on the radio airwaves. Hopefully they'll just give Cowherd 3 extra hours. Not gonna happen but it should.

As long as they don't just give to KO... I hate that guy and I have never figured out why Dan has him on every day. For that reason alone I'm not sad to see this.

I can't stand KO. I'd rather be KO'd than listen to him for 3 hours per day.

I was sad to see Tony K. leave. I was convinced they would never successfully replace him - The Herd is now my favorite ESPN Radio show. I was sad to see Kusilias <sp?> leave the Sports Bash, they still haven't found anyone suitable to fill that spot. I'm gonna really suck to see Dan leave.
I don't remember ESPN before Dan. He was the absolute best at SportsCenter. His show is still one of my favorites (I even like Olberman).
I always like when Schlereth fills in on Mike and Mike, maybe he could hold down his own show?

Ditto. By far it's my favorite, too.

Kusilias was decent but I wasn't heartbroken when he left. I don't even listen to that timeslot anymore. John Sible (sp?) sucks and if it's not him, it's usually someone else that sucks.

I like Schlereth as well.
In my opinion, Mike & Mike and The Herd are the only shows worth listening to these days. ESPN needs to do something about that.

Listen, I really like him ok? That was in no way a typo or Freudian slip. I love Dan Patrick. I don't think it gets said enough, why can't a man tell another man he loves him without it being gay? I love him, and I don't want him to go.
