Yeah, I am kinda in the middle of those two articles...I mean, I have tried increasing my protein intake when getting healthier, but it goes a long way to just have a balanced diet. While I have taken supplements, I am pretty much against them, for normal health. If you are going to be a million dollar athlete or focused on sculpting your body, I say for for it...otherwise, just worry about a balanced diet, maybe with a small increase in protein, and keep your lifting and cardio consistent...you'll lose the weight, get stronger, feel (and look) better and after 6-8 weeks of doing that, it will be so second nature, you won't even think twice about maintaining the lifestyle...
