You're supposed to cycle Creatin. Load, then use it during a mass building phase, then cycle off it when you're trying to cut. Lather, rinse, repeat. There are no long-term ill health effects associated w/ creatin - again provided you don't have pre-existing kidney problems, in which case, DO NOT USE CREATIN.

Well, I am of the mindset that all supplements have some sort of long-term side effects...but that is more of me picking than anything else. I wasn't aware of the "cycling" use, but then again, I am not big into lifting...it was recommended by a friend who body builds...

I guess the point to these last few posts is, know what you are putting in your body and how it should be used!!!
