Peace - At Any Cost

Post by bwohlgemuth »

The International Solidarity Movement (who just appeared at IPFW in 2004), a "non-violent" group which advocates "direct action against the illegal occupation of Palestine" has apparently decided to drop the "non" portion of the phrase "non-violent".

Image

Here are a couple of ISM volunteers showing the new world of "peaceful protesting"..along with some traditional Orthodox Jewish clothing for the women-folk.

Anyone who thinks the massive peace protests that have been organized on a world-wide scale are just a bunch of concerned hippies getting together...this is your wakeup call...

I just went to that link, what an awful site.

They have a symposium on the STAR WARS MISSLE DEFENSE SYSTEM!!! I thought that sh*t thinking died with Ronald Reagan.

I loved the scrolling headline that read: "U.S. misses chance to kill 100 Taliban terrorists because of "Rules of Engagement"." I hink its uber-creepy how Rules is in quotes.

They also have advertisements for old-style, sonservative propaganda t-shirts with slogans like "I'd Rather Fight Than Switch to the "Religion of Peace"." Coupled witha photo of a soldier tossing a grenade.

Please don't tell me this is your homepage, homey.

Nope, this is: http://www.woogieworld.org. It's all about me. :-)

Nope, and I'm glad Reagan had the vision to see that Teller was right.

Hey, I'd rather die fighting to prevent my daughters from being forced to wear a burqa or to prevent living as a dhimmie. It's pretty straightforward. Even Kissenger is saying we are heading towards a war between cultures. I think we're moving past the "prevention" phase and into the "inevitable" part....

Serious question. Are you actually afraid of this happening?

Seriously, it depends. There is a good chance Islam is going to take root in Europe. And in thirty/forty years, I think we start looking at serious problems in France where the Muslim population will start outnumbering the Catholics. I have family in Great Britain, and I seriously think with the dwindling numbers of "natural-born" British, Islam will have a much louder voice. And those voices are primarily male.

I think its unlikely that America will be taken over by Islam, but with Canada seriously thinking about Sharia in certain Muslim areas, that's not exactly the Middle East. we will see a rise in the Muslim population. Don't know what that means, but you can see what's happening in Lebanon which was a melting pot until Hezboallah decided to shake things up even further. lebanon was not perfect, but it was in much better shape in 1960 than in 1980.
