^ That makes me think of the Simpsons episode in which Homer gets a crayon removed from his brain. This leads to Homer gaining huge amounts of intelligence.
He eventually gets the crayon put back but the audience finds this out as he smashes through the front window exclaiming "Woo-Hoo Lottery Tickets!"

The episode in question is titled "HOMR".
I took the "Bush does what inspectors couldn't" as blatant sarcasm, like, "yeah right UN inspectors were there for 13 years and found nothing, Bush goes in and does it right away...HA!" Maybe that was just me.
