Only if you mention anywhere in the criticism...

"Because they are"...

Black

a P.O.W.

Or any other narrow-minded disclaimer.

I meant the *facts* that support your knee-jerk partisan opinions about oil and potholes.
Environmental regulations prevent the building of new refineries. Environmental special interest groups mostly fund and pressure Democrats. I also was highly critical of Bush and the Republicans who are just as sold out to the oil companies as the Democrats are to the environmentalists. How is that partisan. They both pay more attention to the lobyists than they do to us.

I think real change will come when we get rid of both major parties and their hold on the American political discourse. Want real change? Dump the whole lot of them.

It's like Eddie Izzard says of British Parliament: "Have a revolution, just budget for it. Break down the doors and say, 'Sorry 'bout that. We'll pay for the damages.'"
There are 10 types of people in the world.

Those who understand binary. . .

. . .and those who don't.

Geraldine Feraro is a woman with whom I have never agreed with once - until now. SHE'S RIGHT! If this were a white man running against Hillary Clinton on his issues with the level of fluffiness displayed thus far, she'd have the nomination locked up already. Obama's getting kid glove treatment because nobody wants to be labeled a racist for attacking him. The man is an admitted felon (Cocaine use is a felony) and is not qualified to be President. Politics has always been personal and mudslinging has always been a part of it. This Oprah approved political nonsense is making me ill. Barry - Grow a pair and quit whining like a little baby girl every time you get criticized!

I hope to God McCain doesn't fall into this trap too. Bring back animosity!
The race sh*t is retarded. He's young, and charismatic. He's different than what we're used to seeing when we see most other politicians with the same old "fluffiness". He speaks with passion, and in a way, he does convey hope and change based on the way he acts. Does he stand behind everything he believes? Probably not. Does any politician though? Nope. Besides, the Presidential race has been reduced to a character contest and mudslinging event anyways (hence the Kerry flip/flop mantra of 2004). Anyone that says that race is the only reason that Obama has gotten where he's gotten is an idiot. I swear, we still live in the forking 1950's in this country some times. People need to forking grow up.

And who gives a sh*t if he did Coke? Who the f**k is in politics and hasn't done coke or some other messed up sh*t? They all have! And if they say they haven't, there's a damn good chance they're lying. And if they're lying under oath, they're committing a felony! Have you never made a mistake in your life, Jones? Is there nothing in your life you can look at and say, "oops, that was a bad idea!" Not that anyone cares because you're not running for president. If having never done drugs were a pre-rec for running for President, we'd definitely be screwed. Because most people old enough to run for President grew up in the 60's and 70's...well, hmmm...no one was doing drugs back then, were they?

I've just wasted my time.
