Eventually, the FAA began notifying airports in advance when the Red Team would be doing its undercover testing, Dzakovic says. He and other Red Team members approached the Department of Transportation's Office of the Inspector General, the General Accounting Office and members of Congress about the FAA's alleged misconduct regarding the Red Team's aviation security tests. No one did anything, he says.

Until airport security guards get more than precious little above minimum wage, they're not going to care enough to be vigilant.

The rest of the article goes on to state that this guy was removed from his job without a paycut, to make copies and staple things.

That's just as bad as admitting fault.

How many years will this bubble to the surface.

I'd think this to be considered beating a dead horse,but
then we're still bringing up the "grassy noll" and other
related conspiracies.

I think that it will always be around like with jfk our pride was hurt-so it will take a while for us to let it go.

It'd be easy for that to run into someone saying "terrorist" and arresting someone with no trial. I don't know how the laws work in Israel, but I'd sure as hell never want to go there.
