I think the best character ever would have to be Moe Sizlack from the Simpson’s
Get out and take your Sacagawea dollars with you.

Not enough choices... If limited to those shows though, I would say "the visitors" from South Park or Brian from Family guy.

Stormshadow and Snake Eyes were like Yin and Yang... It's hard to judge one as cooler than the other.
Anyone else remember this one episode where they were caught in this tunnel that was filling up with water. So they were both just getting along since they had to figure out a way not to drown?

Does anyone remember that black condom issue when he went on holleywood squares and started being really offensive and awkward and just started slicing people's heads off.
I think he killed Bruce Villanche, Whoopi, and Tom Bergeron. That was a great one! X gets the square!
