So far it's unanimous...

However, what if the person parked like that because when he pulled in the soccer mom in the Suburban had parked 1/4 of the way into one of the two spots next to him, so he made sure to leave plenty of clearance in case she came back and the little darlings started flinging doors open before he could leave???? Then I side with the fancy car driver guy... But he's probably just an a-hole who parked like that on purpose
