Streaming Video Help

As I've stated before in other threads on this board, I'm pretty much computarded beyond the basics. I was wondering if any of you could tell me how to save streaming video onto my computer. There's a video online of me performing at the World Famous Bluebird Cafe down here in Nashville and I'd like to save it to my hard drive so that I can edit it and re-upload it onto Youtube.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

Depends on the format. In most cases it's against the Terms of Service for most websites to download said video.
If you included the link to the video, that would help.

Here it is.
I'm about 1 hour and 47 minutes into the video, but seeing as how I don't think I could just save my part I was just gonna save the whole video, cut my part out and go from there.
Also, I'm not sure, but you might have to get a username/password to view the video. They don't send you spam or anything like that, but for some reason they require you to sign up to view anything.

Ask and ye shall receive
knowledge.
Just download that one program and then aim for this address...

I have a mac, so I can't do it easily (well I can, but then I have the file and you don't).
