Some interesting information on Fair Use law regarding parodies!

Some organization made a billboard that said "Gay? Unhappy? www.thissite.com" and that guy made a parody of an IMAGE of that billboard and was issued a cease and desist. The link that I provided contains a copy of the letter that the legal TEAM from the ACLU sent to the organization stating that the parody fell within the "fair use" rights of the man's first amendment free speech rights.
