What are you doing?

I'm driving in stop and go traffic in my SUV with the air-conditioning on

I'm not being a smart ass. I'm driving to Cinci tonight for a job interview tomorrow. I usually take 27 because it's a nice drive.

Not specifically for Earth Day, but we bought a couple of bikes this year and have already put 50+ miles on them in the past couple months. We've rode to parks (which we would have normally driven to) and just last weekend, we rode them over to Zesto's on St. Joe Center. I honestly believe we got there in less than 5 minutes more than it would have taken to drive...pretty crazy.

I'm thinking about timing how long it will take me to get to work. By roads, I GPS'd it at around 7 miles and that takes me close to 30 minutes door-to-desk. If I can make it to work in less than an hour on bike, I may have to start riding in on nice days...we'll see.

Will probably buy a few cases of incandescent light bulbs,.....I'm skeered of the
whirly type new ones that they forget to tell you have mercury in them.
