Jones and Dude, please tell me you're being sarcastic.

The guy has 19 DUIs in 30 years! If he got pulled over a bunch of times in a six month span, I could see how the cops would have it in for him - but this was over 30 years. I'm guessing half the cops who've given him DUIs aren't even on the force anymore.

I see two more important concerns rising from this story.
#1. He is one of 5 Ohio drivers with at least 19 DUIs. What happened to the other 4?
#2. Why did it take 19 DUIs for him to finally get jail time? Shouldn't that number be lower?
