There was an item up on Break.com that had a bunch of the 911 calls strung together. It is pretty crazy. Most of the people describing what they have seen to the 911 operator seemed more astounded by the surreal nature of the scenario, but one girl is absolutely freaking out.

Hello, 911? There's a guy in a wheelchair going down highway 1 at way over the speed limit . . . and not only that, there's a semi tailgating him, tryin' to pass!
