The things I would do to this person would make Don Miguel and King Phillip III (see the Spanish Inquisition) turn their heads and say, "Hey, that's an inventive torture! We have to use that!"

She now has a new puppy, another Australian shepherd. She’s named it Diesel.

It's the same reason a lot of men/women have quick affairs after their spouse dies. I just hope she takes care of him 6 months from now when she realizes it's not the same dog and doesn't really replace her loss.

Your saying this is a rebound dog? She will replace it in a few months then? :)

You can't have a rebound dog...your stuck with new dog...no trade ins..

as far as punishment..I would say they will DEFINITELY get some prison time...I would hope worse though...

People that do that type of stuff deserver to be 'put to sleep' in my opinion...there is being bad and then there is THIS...which goes way beyond cruel...

Reminded me of a story back in the hometown.

A local painter had a collie that he took with him everywhere. The dog had even learned to climb ladders with the dude. Anyway, he and his dog were legendary in town. Super nice guy and a beautiful dog. Well, some punks kidnapped the dog and drug it behind their car until it died.

I was 13 at the time and I had never experienced the kind of anger and murderous rage that I felt towards the guys that did that. I was ready to kill. But I was 13. What was I gonna do?

All I know is that the guys got some jail time for it. Don't recall how much.

People who torture or kill animals are seriously ill in the head.

what about people who torture or kill other people???? I swear some of us get more upset about people doing this to dogs than people.

What about staying on topic?

I loathe people who torture animals, but I have no problem with people who torture and kill other people?

I smell a non sequitur.

Perhaps the dog was put down in a humane manner before being beheaded and gift wrapped. I swear, people just jump to conclusions.

Like how conservatives don't mind if the US tortures 'enemy combatants'?
