as i sit at my desk enjoying the annual work carry-in, i got to thinking. deep fried turkey is pretty good, but i just prefer a roasted one. it just seems more 'natural' than sticking a bird in boiling oil.

deep fried or oven?

Deep fried gives it much more flavor and makes me much more fatter.

Smoked turkey is the way to go via oven; but a deep fried bird makes my heart sing.

I dunno why, I didn't have one until just a few years ago. Mmm.

BTW, I'm the guy who is bringing in 'soda' to our carryin.

None of the above. Once you've had turkey cooked on a rotiserie wood fired grill, you'll never go back to any of the other methods. Absolute culinary heaven.
