I will never enjoy nor watch Seinfeld ever again, and that's a shame because I used to love it.

I seriously hope people see this news and decide not to buy Seinfeld Season 7 because of it.

Likewise, I'll still find it uninteresting.

I think it was a dumb move too. and it will most definatly ruin his career. I would still like to know why he did it. Not some cop out of blaming booze. What was it that gave him those views, and what was said to make those bottled up feelings come out in that moment? Was it a direct insult to him or really just fun heckling?

I think it is all too common to bash the wrong doer but what gets learned by that? Who benifits other then feeling better about yourself. I think it is equaly important to find out why, not to justify actions, but to better understand them and stop them rather then just bash and banish someone only to let another come along.

Well, I don't think that his actions can truly be justified in any way, but what the media will never show you is the behavior of the people who provoked this reaction from Richards.

The sad thing is that it's not racist to only show the things that Richards did, but it would be bloody f-ing hell if ANY major network news carrier showed the portion of the tape where the people (who cares their race) were disrespectful to the performer AND the other audience members by disrupting a show that they paid to see.

NO ONE will carry that footage and it's a shame.

I think you should be able to say whatever the hell you want whenever the hell you want. Who cares what the dude said, if you base what you watch based on the actors rather than the content you are a dingaling anyway.
This system cannot be reformed or voted out of office because reforms and elections do not challenge the fundamental causes of injustice.

Oh it reflects greatly upon the show, ehy do you think they have Jerry running damage control right now so that people won't boycott the Season 7 release today?

I'm sorry, but his tirade is almost as bad as the hatred coming off a Klan rally. I will never view him or any character he has portrayed ever again. I don't think my stance is that far fetched. Kramer is a gigantic part of Seinfeld, so much so that if I dislike the character I'm probably not going to enjoy the show anymore.

I'll still enjoy the show. It's the 'Cheers' of my generation.

It's a bummer he couldn't have been more professional about it. I mean, is this the first heckler he's had to deal with?

i think it was equally rude (though not equally offensive) to interrupt "his" show. The man was quoted as saying "Hey my friend doesnt think you are funny". You don't make a comment like that and expect something good to come of it. Of course you don't expect what did happen.

Of course the rasict remarks ("You cracker ass mother jerk") of the heckler will go un noticed.

Both were provoked and both reacted with a racist remark(s). Richards will lose his career, but since both are at fault I don't believe a law suit is not in anyway just.

i think he needs to make and appology or explaination (not excuse) then this should be a dead issue.
