everyone should bring glow sticks.. if i had money i'd buy a shload... and then when it gets dark we should have a glow stick war.

I heard from one of the musicians playing this show that it was good jams, but terrible organization. Bad stage set-up, bad schedule, bad sound system, and an overal disappointing experience. Did anyone else experience and of these problems?

i talked to ando at the show about the overlapping sound from the stages being too close

not taking away from the fact that it was a success as far as attendance (in my opinion - though better attended in the evening to be honest) ... there is definitely room for improvement

my two biggest suggestions would be:

-concessions closer to the actual event ... some people grew tired of having to leave the immediate area any time they wanted food or drink

-someone on hand to sell merch for all the bands playing the event for the entire day - that way if you miss 'band xyz' you can still pick up their merch after they pack up and leave

i understand the frustration of the musicians having to struggle to be heard over another bands performance ... the schedule getting off track didnt help either ... but these are all things that can easily be corrected (the distance between the stages might take some brainstorming) for next yr

id attend again - overall

id attend again - overall

3RF would not let us have consessions on site due to contracts at Food Alley/Headwater Park area & ditto on the port-a-potties. I spoke with the Director when he came & checked out our event, so I'm optimistic this can be changed for next year.

FWM.com had a tent next to the stage. There were Deer Park cd's, P1/T2 shirts & sunglasses available. Andy band that brought cd's, merch, etc. could have sold them from the FWM.com tent

I'm in a hurry, but more on the other point later....

were the bands made aware of the fact that they could sell from the tent?

pretty much evry band made a point to mention seeing someone from said band if they wanted a disc/merch

again - this can all be ironed out and improved upon for next yr

can we get a giant couch made of ice and the fountain cleaned out ahead of time next yr if its gonna be one hundred and two in the shade?

did anyone take an aerial shot to get an idea on the number of attendees?
