Ty Causey & Friends.Club Soda..Sat. 23rd..

Ty Causey is a superior talent, playing contemporary jazz and R&B, backed up by Lee Lewis on bass, WR on guitar, Lalo Hernandez on percussion with Ty on keys and synth's. This will be an evening of fine entertainment.

I almost wish I didn't have a gig Saturday. I've played with Lalo and WR and both are monster players. Lee Lewis is why I'm not playing in this band. The dude is killer! Used to play in the backing band for a huge R&B singer - female, can't remember who off hand. Ty's amazing too. If you're in town and not coming to see us in Warsaw, go see this band.

I'm going to have to try to catch them some other time.

Lee played with "Harper" for quite a while. Do you remember a demo you cut with Lalo for Cynthia Lugo...???

Yes, I do. Lalo and WR had an experimental funk/jam trio put together for a while too. Lalo's an absolute freak on drums. What's Cynthia doing now?
