I am wholly in support of all ages shows and venues. I would LOVE to see one executed well enough for long enough to actually work. I've always wanted one here, but I can't deny the track record. They don't last long.

Hopefully, this will be different.

Well, let me reiterate, I feel for the guy. I've had things stolen from my car because I left them out there overnight. Hindsight IS 20/20.

Never mind. My opinions on this are just going to start a big fight.

I did a search on google using "the gates of hell" as criteria, and the first two pages were full of references to the movie and to the sculpture. Even so, the text you quoted makes no reference to pagans, regardless of it's informative value. I also agree with Bassjones that a discussion of the sch...

I'm pretty darn familiar with pagan religions and I've never come across anything in my reading (over 20 books to date, countless articles, and even more web pages) and I've never found a mention of "The Gates of Hell." I'm not saying you're wrong, Brad, but I'm wondering if that's not propaganda. D...

Also, consider the literary issues regarding the OT. It's actually adapted from the Torah/Tanahk, right? So something had to have gotten lost in translation. Literally, and figuratively. You have the new regime preparing their holy word for their new believers. You can assume that the OT was cast in...

Is it just me, or is anyone else thinking "why did you leave your things packed in your car overnight?" I mean, I'm sorry the guy lost all his stuff, but I think it's kind of dumb to have put all that valuable stuff in there overnight. Sorry you lost your stuff dude, but next time, get up an hour ea...

Yeah, I used to double fist PITCHERS during a show. I should have limited it down to just one on a couple of occasions, but I seldom got drunk beyond a buzz. I saved the heavy drinking for after the show. I can think of one or two times I lost track, but I didn't have to do it. I played a few shows ...

It's likely that the font isn't supported. Whatever font was cut and pasted or copy and pasted into the reply section has a character that looks like a space in that font, but is a different character in this one. That may not be the case, but it seems likely. Who knows how those things are parsed o...

Hey, you asked. The law is the reason. . .::shrug::

I'm not saying it's right, just that it is what it is.

How many. . .light bulb?

How many forum members does it takes to change a light bulb? 1 to change the light bulb and to post that the light bulb has been changed 14 to share similar experiences of changing light bulbs and how the light bulb could have been changed differently 7 to caution about the dangers of changing ligh...

Well, if you were not a captive audience, i.e. in the zoo, then the pop would be $1.00 or $1.25, but it's just like going to a Komets game, or a Wizards game or to the theater. You're captive in that place, and it's private business space, so the prices are going to be elevated. The price for 22 oun...

Though I agree with your concern, Ando, I have to agree with the majority on your action taken. You are being paid (despite how well or how poorly) to leave the majority of your opinions at the door and use the ones that are of value to your employer. They apparently value your artistic opinion sinc...
