I just turned 31 on the 15th.
New rock is mostly aimed at kids, 16-20 something and then you are expected to move to the golden oldies station. Mainly because that's who buys music.I find it hard sometimes to be interested in an 18 year olds angst.

Why would you buy such a guitar and even think about ruining its prized characteristic sound by replacing the pickups? I mean, obviously you can do it if you want to, but if you wanted put mini-buckers in a hollowbody you could have saved many hundreds by buying and modifying some POS Ibanez Artcor...

They were at the Godin guitar factory. Must have been a mistake. Everything I found says nickle/silver. I hit the back button a couple of times on the DVR to make sure he actually said what I thought he said, and had a flash back of all the times I licked my fretboard

Fret wire is made of nickel and LEAD? I just learned that from How it's made on the Discovery channel. I might think twice about kids playing my axe from now on.

Man something was way outa tune there.... But the pros just pushed through it. What ya gonna do stop the song? I would have, but I'm not a pro. Besides I've hear many local bands A LOT more out of tune than that and they thought they was the crapola.
