I'll send a copy of that my boy Aiden. He knows Doc and Flippo, maybe you too, Sneaky.

He's too far away to make the show, but I'm sure he'd get a kick out of the flyer.

The nay sayers have simply forgotten Kiss' impact on modern music. . This naysayer was there, unlike the rest of you kiddos: I played KISS songs in my band back in 1972, and I know what their "impact" or "influence" was. Which was and is zilch. Inspiring a 14 year old who eventually becomes a rock ...

Well, I'd say we're certainly closing in on that number, if not well beyond it.

How many times can this town have the f**k rocked out of it before there's no more f**k to rock?

"Tonal quality" is a matter of speaker cab and driver design, and ho well the amp controls those speakers. Truth is, good quality self-powered units sound better than most non-powered units in this regard, because you don't have to make a good match between amp and cab: the designer did it for you. ...

when i tried before i have the sound blaster audigy with the live drive which has all kinds of inputs. That's the problem right there probably... Uh.. that might have been true back when PC gaming was new. The specs on that Audigy card are fine for music (especially notepad recording as Garr descri...

Well, I tried to post an image by my son Noah, but he and I both seem to be on the same cluster at Dreamhost, which is having some problems right now. I'll try again later.

Who shot the commercial? I always thought it was pretty glossy for a local spot. Ty Black shot it, way, way back, before I did the jingle.... once the music was finished, they just dropped the song in and left the pics alone. I forget what the deal was... trying to demonstrate 21Alive production ca...

I'm a fan of Arnold's for the great food and fun, and because I did their jingle, a fun Jerry-Lee-sits-in-Sha-Na-Na kinda thing.

www.gravitymusic.com --> the music --> AmpMX Player --> Page 2 (find the "dwn" button next to the song list) --> "Arnold's - Spirit of Rock and Roll."

DO NOT even think about ordering the fried bologna sandwich (the "Fonzie," I think they call it). It's not like your mom made, with slices of b'loney on the grill. It's a solid 1/4 chunk of bologna deep fried and thrown on a bun. I did not make this up. My grandmother just turned over in her grave....

Arnold's Rock And Roll Drive-In is on US 27 in Decatur, just a few blocks into town on your left. A former Penquin Point, Lori Collier turned it into Arnold's by decorating the joint with her remarkable collection of pop culture memorabilia and allowing visitors to sign the ceiling and walls. "Justl...

Yeah, yeah... it smells bad and it's crowded and the food is terrible, but Original Coney Island is an institution. As for an appearance on Food Network, I can't see it. All the places Guy goes have a hook, and "everybody 'round here has loved it for over 66 years" really isn't enough. They either f...
