The scene seems very one sided. Any real musicians must already be in a band. Most people around here are really stuck in a rutt. Time to through a wrench in the wheel and start walking.

Forming a band in Rome City and need a guitar player. We have a place to practice and ready to jam. We are in our 30s and play many styles from heavy rock to funk and soul, originals and covers. This is great stuff and could go far.
