Apples and oranges.

Choosing anything is making a choice. Someone chooses to be a Christian for example.

Being a Christian does not prevent you from making choices at all. You are still very free to make choices everyday on anything.

point was you have the freedom to have religion. so being religious is being free as well.

it bothers me that so many people are sooooo terrified of religion.
