What ever happened to predictibility?
The milkman, the paperboy, evening TV.

Everywhere you look , everywhere you go (there's a heart).
There's a heart
A hand to hold onto.

Everywhere you look , everywhere you go.
There's a face
Of somebody who needs you.

Eveywhere you look,
When you're lost out there and you're all alone,
A light is waiting to carry you home,
Everywhere you look.
Everywhere you look.

I heard a rumor that STP may be getting back together. I don't know how much truth there is to this, but I guess if the dude can stay clean long enough anythings possible.

If they get back together he can't be clean. Scott writes total crap when he's clean (see 4) and rocks when drugged out. Sorry, but STP was always better when Weiland was stoned.

I saw STP during the height of Scott's addiction and he was just amazing. It was nearly impossible to not watch him work the stage, the audience, his bandmates. One of the top performers of the 90s without a doubt.

I like the stuff he's doing with Velvet Revolver. . .I have to say. Dean DeLeo is apparently quoted as confirming the reunion tour for this summer, saying it will be a celebration. However, I could not find the source of the quote, only a reference to it on Dean's wiki.

Sour Girl, was that writtenm during the stoned or sober period of STP? Because that is an excellent song.

Dave Matthews Band? Going on 3 years without a studio release, 5 years since a DECENT studio release. . .

(They're in the studio off and on now. Ehhhh, I'm not that excited.)

On the Christian side, any body remember PRODIGAL? All excellent musicians, and the vocalist was awesome.

Sour Girl was on Four if my memory serves. That was the time when he was attempting to be sober.

One of my all time faves is Art School Girlfriend from "Tiny Music. . .Songs from the Vatican Gift Shop"

Was that the day they dumped their poop off a bridge onto some tourists? Environmentalists indeed!

See man, that's what I'm talking about. These bands are still out there making good music, they just don't have the label support anymore, and without label support, you don't get radio support, with out that, you are lost and tossed away in the has been trash bin...
Damn theres a song in that somewhere, wheres my notebook.....
