Have just come back after a year trip to Dubai and managed to get a great deal at the marina apartments.

Booked through https://www.dubairent.com/apartments-for-rent-in-dubai-marina and cost per year (inc tax) AED, 40,000.

If you are on a tourist visa you can rent only from https://www.dubairent.com. There are many Apartments, Villas, and Studio apartments listed here.

Edit: Forget to mention the AED 40,000 is the cheapest apartment I get last year but there'll be new deals to check out.
