I'll do one better and take one giant hit off a good stinky cigar first.

Anthony (aka Garr) had a show at Legends on Saturday and two woman came in and lit up. The owner of the bar went over to them quickly and made them put the cigarettes out. The bar had a BIG no smoking sign right on the door too!

Saturday's show at the Rail turned into a huge Block Party outside. Party ended abruptly at 1am due to cops saying no smoking on the sidewalk.

....big whiff.....

You smell that? That's the smell of victory!
This system cannot be reformed or voted out of office because reforms and elections do not challenge the fundamental causes of injustice.

Funny, it smelled like a whole lot of Mark Prior to me.

What exactly does a 3 time Super Bowl Champion smell like?

That is good, I was wondering about that.

I think that I have decided to move to New Haven.

I am sure they will ban outdoor smoking soon too. New Haven is looking like the place to go.

I'd be willing to wager that it wont be long that the entire state will likely adopt this.
Ohio's already passed this and is in place.
It's already happening in many other communties throughout Indiana already.

Monkey see....

Give it time....there will be an amendment to close that "loophole".

I'm guessing we'll have a 48 hour waiting period for cigarettes next.
