Can you say EPIC? Zephaniah has done nothing but impress me every time I've seen them play or shared the stage with them. The members of the band are talented musicians and just overall an excellent group of people on and off the stage. They've just finished a demo a little while ago and it seems to me that every new song they come up with just gets better and better. If you're looking for an enjoyable power metal band, turn to Zephaniah.

Zephaniah has played several shows at the Jam Crib and show a lot of promise as a band. They are full of energy on stage and really work at entertaining the crowd. At their Jan 5th show Justin was demonstrating some great chops on the guitar. Look forward to them playing here in the future.

Zephaniah has shown me everytime that we've plyed with them that they know metal. Something that we're afraid a lot of bands have forgotten. They take the emo-screamo scene and scare the crap out of them. The guitar chops are impressive and beyond your tinker-toy metal. I enjoy every show I've played with them, and hope to play more eventually.

One of my favorite local bands. These guys make you, the viewer, feel like you are a part of the show. They are definitely a band you need to keep your eye on.

ZEPHANIAH!!!!!!!!!!!

Ahh, how we love those little imps.

We tried to eat their brains, but their heads are far to full of dungeons and dragons. Not the game, mind you, but actually figments of imagination that are indeed dungeons and indeed dragons. Thank God they have this musical outlet of metal onslaught to release the pressure of said dungeons and dragons.

Zephy, as we affectionately refer to them as are like listening to a metal version of Lord of The Rings, except there's no Frodo, no Gandolf, no Legolas, no Gimly, no Arwen, no Samwise, no Merry, and no Pippin. There does seem to be quite a bit of Middle Earth and Sauron, tho. I dunno. It seems as though Zephy have summoned the dark spirits of metal. Perhaps Zephy are actually Sith Lords.

Ok, I got it al wrong. Zephy is like Star Wars, yet not futuristic at all. Kinda like if Star Wars took place in the dark ages. Uhm. . .ok, I forgot Star Wars did taek place a long, long time ago. . . in a galaxy far, far away.

Perhaps Zephaniah are like Dio, except four or five times taller and sound more akin to Iron Mainden without the galloping bass line.

No, that's not it either.

Ok, they are like Manowar without the armor, that they surely would wear if they could afford such luxuries as armor. I saw one of them weilding an ax at Johnny appleseed festival once. Terrifying!

Ok, Zephy rocks and that's all there is to it!

Go see one of their shows or. . . I'll eat your brains!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
