Trai Essex

Is in town this week. He came out to basketball last night. Still as nice as he ever was. Spent a lot of time talking to the high school kids about staying out of trouble, picking the right friends, working hard in the class room, etc... Still got some pretty good basketball moves too, light on his feet for being such a big man. He told me he's slated to start at one of the tackle spots this year.
Good to see he's becmoe such a great man along with being as solid on the field as he is. Gives me hope for the next group of kids coming up.
