great food, great atmosphere overlooking the river,
live music each weekend
you provide all gear and PA, stage is small but can fit ~5
most bands play there play blues and r&b but the owner might be
open to something that draws younger crowds like pop/rock/dance -
I'm sure she would not want punk, metal or anything too loud due to her
regular clientele being used to things a bit more subdued.
PopNFresh plays there 2 weekends a month, *usually* first and last if you want to see how they set it up.
Bands playing tyical jukebox stuff would go over well.

Slipknot and Mushroomhead could both play at the same time.

this is a quaint little neighborhood pub, great for small groups or acoustic acts, jazz etc. They appreciate good music. Very supportive local clientele. Not a lot of money until you build a crowd, but a great place to get started and build your fan base. It's a lot of fun to play there.
