You: why is it that i can seem to upgrade one phone on my account, but not another?
Shagay: Are both phones eligible for an upgrade?
You: i dont know! everyone at the 800# i've spoken with cant give me a straight answer.
Shagay: You will be able to check the upgrade in My Account under that number and it will tell you when the phone is eligible.
You: it says 5-18-07 for discounted pricing. but why can i seem to get one under my other phone number even though that's been less than 2 years too??
Shagay: You will have to call customer care and the will have to help you with that at 800-922-0204.
You: is there anyone other than retards that work there? that's all i can seem to get.
You: what is it exactly that YOU do?
Shagay: We are a sales department do you need any accessories for the phone that you ordered.
You: how could i have ordered a phone if it's been less than 2 years??

You: no, i said that it SEEMS that i could. i got halfway through the order and this annoying pop up chat came up. i was hoping to get someone that was able to answer questions.

I thought Hand of Poo moved from the Kiosk at the mall to outside sales...I didn't know he was working with the online customer support office...hmm..ya learn something new every day.
